Those of you who hunt know that this week, starting tomorrow morning, and next are the Holy Grail of the hunting season.  It’s deer hunting season with firearms.  (Bow hunting deer season has been going since mid-September.)  Smart business owners know how to cater to this crowd.  Take Kim’s on Pacific Avenue, a restaurant in downtown Randall, for example.  Kim’s restaurant will be open tomorrow morning at 4:30 a.m., ready to serve breakfast to those early-rising hunters.  Same thing Sunday morning – and the following weekend.  Four days of getting up early to meet customers where they’re at and serve up some good will along with the eggs.  This is what makes for a good business.

Good luck, hunters.
