Well, if this isn’t puzzling. According to the report of the Little Falls City Council in this week’s Morrison County Record, the Council has . . .

“Called for a closed meeting for Monday to consider the city’s options for purchasing the former Central Office Building, currently owned by the school district.”

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought the only reason the City Council could have a closed meeting was to discuss personnel issues. What’s going on here? What’s the big secret?
