Brother Jim and I were reminising about neighbors we has as children, and of course Marie's name came up. my sister was in Dee's class, and I was a classmate of Dennis. I remember visiting at Ring's many times when we were young, and then going with my mom to visit her in Bruce. An incredable story and a great woman. I can’t believe I found this. I sure enjoyed knowing Marie when she was in Bruce. We used to own the local Ben Franklin store and I would help her find her items since she could not see. She is such a dear person and I've been wondering about her. I just happened to run into Sue from where she lived in Bruce and she told me about the Youtube spot. I had also come across her husbands gravestone while at the cemetery and noticed she had not joined him. If you see her, you can tell her I put a small bunch of flowers on his gravesite today. She may like that. I don't know if she would remember me but you can tell her I think of her often and CONGRATULATIONS on becoming a citizen!
